The question is, how much the collectors form ME3 will have from the collectors from ME2? Don't expect the same behavior, and maybe it will change even the power (or the effect of it).

Even with the Vindicator (not including mattock because that was just..... damn.) 
the Scions were a PITA to kill. On par with Praetorians. 
That cover? Nope Im just gonna destroy your shields and kill with another burst. 
Teammates? You've got to be kidding me, they don't do anything but die!
Collector Particle Beam? I've killed you before you can even fire.
