They will succumb and ascend, or they will be annihilated.
In Soviet Russia, this still hurts you.Zenor wrote...

Big armoured enemies that shoot shockwaves that will stagger and knock you out of cover and do a lot of damage.Skillet_Fan- wrote...
What are scions? ME3 was my first ME game.
Very annoying enemies in ME2 that would with what I guess would be a shockwave and it would destroy your shields and knock you out of cover EVERY time.Skillet_Fan- wrote...

Haha I'm Korean too, silly. "Crapper," duh. Obviously a Korean last name.DHKany wrote...

Armored damage sponges that shoot biotic shockwaves that can hit you anywhere, anywhen, within the bounds of the multiverse.
I'm half korean. Look all korean. That song makes tears me in half. One half likes it. The other one is "Oh god" *facepalm*DHKany wrote...

On Topic?
Scions were the absolute bane of my existance in ME2. They killed my squaddies constantly. I'd rather fight praetorians.
Worse yet we'll prolly see 2-3 of them in later matches, oe harder difficulties. And Praetorians.
All the while they'll be screaming:
"REVENGE OF THE FARMED!!"
"HOW DO YOU LIKE BEING SHOCKWAVED?! HUH! HUH!"
And other one liners.

I cheated my way on the Reaper IFF mission. I was a soldier and used adrealine rush to get to the hack door on the other side. When I died I had an auto-save so I only had to fight the last two scions and the husks/abominations.RaueDrakenhaart wrote...

This.
Also, my preffered method in the Reaper IFF was to get to where they spawn in that mission, then run back through the map. The normal enemies would follow, and even on insanity were easy enough. Then took potshots with a sniper or heavy weapon, then finish it off with some powers/assault rifle sustained fire. Having Mordin/Miranda/Kasumi/Zaheed/Garrus (some combo of them) also made things easier.

If they got shockwave.....
goodbye aiming.
And in ME3 MP, I don't have a huge arsenel of powers I can use to deal with them!
All I have are ****ty randoms!
Even with the Vindicator (not including mattock because that was just..... damn.)
the Scions were a PITA to kill. On par with Praetorians.
That cover? Nope Im just gonna destroy your shields and kill with another burst.
Teammates? You've got to be kidding me, they don't do anything but die!
Collector Particle Beam? I've killed you before you can even fire.
