If i do the repair Installaion, should i download again the whole DLC packs?

no but you should perform repair install and update on each of the dlc's as well as on the main game, since for some reason doing it on the main game doesnt actually do anything to the dlc's
(right click the game in origin select show details then right click each one in turn and select repair install &/or update) it was annoying as hell when i realised i had to do it all manually >>>
