How about instead of the announcer at the end, Harbinger taunts you at the end of the match if you lose, or gives one of his filppant comments if you win.
PETITION: Bring back a variant of the ME2's Collector Voice, please.

Hmm depends how often he takes control, if there always one unit controlled it could get very spammy, espec with the speed some units can die at. I'd certainly like to hear the taunts but at a reasonable interlude.
