im sick and tierd of bioware fobin ppl off now i have asked them multiple times the same question to no avail so i will ask all of u why on gods earth can i not get UR enymore i have spent bout 1.5 million on psp packs and neva got one UR and it has been like this for bout a month and a haf now what is goin on get ur act together everybody else can get them even my friends but why not me

I would love to understand why I dont get a comandtion pack?????
 I ran a solo bronze in 18 mins and 30 odd seconds, and never left the extraction point, never was downed or killed, so I thought I met the rules to the opertion but I must have missed something some where. Can any one point out where please

Yeah, I solo'd the challenge and got nothing. Was this a 2-or more challenge, or were solos acceptable?

I thought so, they said any squad size would work.
This was from the ops page.



Squad Goal: Full extraction on any map at any difficulty in 20 minutes or less. Squads can be any size.

I solo'd it too and I got both packs yesterday.

Will another challenge be announced soon? They're usually announced on Wednesday nights (UK), and I think there will be one one because it's every weekend now.

You both need to click the link at the top of the page handily called "commendation pack help"

Pretty sure I did it twice... I've gone clicked that link to let them check. Hope t comes through, I did a Noveguard run on bronze in 14 mins and another with the Krogan Vanguard at about 18 minutes... Going to really suck if they don;t give me one

I did a bronze solo, and don't have a commendation pack yet.

Not the end of the world, but I am a little confused.

Support ticket created, I know we finished a match in under 20 minutes.
My internet was down most of the weekend so couldn't play. It did come back in time whilst the op was still running and I managed to play a couple of games then. full extract 19.30 (roughly) in a silver match.

Got my victory pack, but no commendation pack. What gives? For those wondering, I completed a bronze solo in 18:28, Geth, Glacier, N7 Destroyer. Does this not qualify for a commendation pack or something?

Got warp ammo IV from my victory pack. I thought it would be impossible to get consumables of the IV:th kind ( ) without a maxed out manifest?

Am hoping this will be the case for me. Didn't contribute much to effort; Friday saw my initial Kroguard bronze run coming in at exactly 19:59 and I called it a weekend. That counts as UNDER 20, right?

I am missing my commendation pack as well. I completed several matches bronze and silver over the weekend with full extractions under 20 minutes.

Goto this link, and submit a review ticket. They will award you your pack within 48 hours (if you are qualified). If that does not work contact EA support.

I never get my commendation apcks correctly. Everytime I use this link or EA support to get it.

They do that as a "special" item in the victory packs. I've gotten one for the past two or three victory packs, and my manifest is not maxed either.

Where can I create the ticket? I can't find it. I went to the link Commandation Pack Help and it says I did not get the award, but I can't see any link for ticket. I completed more than 5 matches under 20 minutes, so I'm sure I should have it.
