Got the Valiant 2 in my Commendation pack after their "investigation", and they were good enough to also grant one to my playing partner. By coincidence, he also got the Valiant (6, in his case).

Surprisingly, I didn't get any Gel/Ops/Ammo/Rockets in the Commendation Pack as per usual. I guess that's because I already had all 4 maxed out, having saved 9 million credits (and only spending 6).

Guys! I didn't get my Commendation Pack and I can't find where to talk to Bioware about this.
You guys said that you resolved things, where?

Very top of the screen, there's a bar that says packs have been awarded, and has a countdown timer of how long to claim it. To the right of that is a link to a help page. Take a look at it.

Doesn't the top of the screen only talk in general about packs? I got the Victory pack but NOT my Commendation pack... yet. Completely sure me and my friend did the challenge at least two times meeting the objectives. This was one of the easier objectives it seems.

Could you post the link here for me? The Help link on the top of the page does show any form to fill.
It just says I did not get awarded the Commandation Pack.

when you go in game did you go into online options, did you have upload game data ticked i think thats what it says in there ?

Yes, i never touched this. Always on since the first day. I got the victory pack but no Commendation.

Same here. Never received a Commendation pack just the Victory.

Try activating your online profiles again?

If that fails, post in tech support

luckily i've never had this problem myself, but my fiance never got his cp on the last operation weekend, he had to click on the link at the top of the page to get his, if its true and the packs will be given straight away after completion of the operations, like i read somewhere then maybe this problem wont occur so much

You have to 'Activate' your player profile - I belieave.

Click the link 'Activate Online Profiles' at the top. Maybe that will fix it.

same for me. irritating. With some RL crap I forgot to contact Help for one operation and didn't get my pack. Not a big deal at all, but still

I've got the Eagle VIII now, I think. Or VI.

Commendation pack arrived quickly after the appeal... Another shotgun. Don't care about shotguns, since I suck fighting in close range. Top Indra and advanced versions of the assault rifles are my dreams...
