If you haven't gotten your Commendation Pack, click the "Commendation Pack Help" link next to the timer at the top of the page. Submit a review ticket and check your e-mail after a day or so. Once it's sorted, they'll let you know.

Could you post a link for the review ticket directly?
When I click on the "Commendation Pack Help", it does not show this option for me.
It only says I did not recieve the pack, and that's it.

I would if I could. After I submitted mine and was given my pack, the link disappeared. It should be right next to where your system choice is, though.

That's what shows up for me. You can see my game is Registered correctly but the page insists I don't have an  active ME3 account.
