So, with the new dlc I spent real money (BioWare points) in the store for the first time. And guess what. I clicked on the purchase option pay with BW points, please wait popped up then boom. Connection lost, BioWare points lost, no Pack for me.
Then I tried to reconnect, because I had it before (with ingame credits) that the pack gets awarded next time you enter the store. After getting the "Mass Effect 3 Server is unavialable at present" message 3 times I finally was able to reconnect, entered the store....no pack. I checked the "last pack" option and confirmed that I got no pack (showed the JEP I bought 30 minutes ago).
Seriously, I have been patient with all the connection issues I recently had, but this is just plain unacceptable !!

Restart your game - Pack will pop up when you log into multiplayer again.

Edit: the store keeps on trolling me nonetheless. Pretty much every time I enter it, I loose connection. And then have a real hard time reconnecting
