I sao this cause i only have tshirts and a lightweight hoodie, and unfortunatly mt lightweight hoodie was damaged from the factory...and since getting it to me took almost a month.. I decided to use it only in the gym and forget about the seam damage.
Now i have some store credits and wanted to get a elite one...
Also ...any sales coming up? ...shouldn't have let n7 pass

Is there a way to post pics? without having to upload them to a site and then use the BBCode...? I´ve been reading some threads here on how to do it.. but it seems kind of hard just for this
I have some pics from the only hoodie I bought (lightweight), with some bad seam print, I talked to a very friendly person using the bioware store mail thing, maybe even Ms. Domino
Cause of our weather I generally only buy t shirts, but wanted to get another hoodie, just wanted to know how do the seams looks cause when I order it will take like a month to get here
Sorry if some words don´t make sense lol english is not my first language, so to define some things I had to get creative

I guess that was a factory mistake or something.
I would say my hoodie's seam print looks way better and more smooth, so don't get put off by that hoodie the regular ones are much better

Mine looked like that = instant refund due to a bad print.
Instant refunds are cool if you live in a place where it ships fast...
to me it takes 4 weeks, a month to get stuff from the us store over here..if its a bad print, then a couple more days to resend it...maybe another month in travel and another month waiting for the new one lool
Is the EU store a lot faster than the us one? If your shipping to europe that is

I didn't have to return it so that was nice.
I live in Denmark and it takes around 2-4 days for a delivery to arrive. Unfortunately they haven't managed to get you the tracking number automatically yet, instead you have to ask for it.

Edit: Well now I get an error saying "Unable to place order" after going through paypal and when I try credit card nothing happens (it says "processing you order" forever)

What!?!?
Mine has a totally mess up seam and print.. Lool they told me I either sent it back and waited ages... Or took a 20% (7,20$) store credit... I didn't want to have all the bother of returning the hoodies thousands of miles, so took the store credit...
Maybe the EU store is a lot kinder to customers than the US one...<_<

Back then the EU-store didn't exist. I've gotten damage refunds of 20% for lithos before and then I could keep the litho..
And some proff:

It would appear the message loses its formatting when send via e-mail. Here's a more pretty version:
Hey
Please disregard the mention of the medium lithos. It was a different package.
It would appear something is wrong with the hoodie. I'd list these issues:
- The print goes "all the way through" on the sleeve. This means the inside of the sleeve is sticky.
- The print on the sleeve is damaged with rippeling.
- The coloring if off by a lot. It's almost dark red.
- The black fabric is clearly visible through the print on the sleeve.
I know you state that "The process of printing over the seam may cause minor imperfections."
but in my opinion this is way beyond minor.
What I'd like:
To return the item.
I think that this is a mistake on our part (e.g. wrong or defective/damaged item).
therefore I'd like a pre-paid shipping label.
Regarding customs; how is this part handled when returning an item?
I find it strange that XPO Air International is USPS First class International since the labels are different. See: https://www.dropbox....95/1/h?h=45677f
If every part of this order is shipped seperately and via USPS I fear tripple customs will occur. I will let you know.

Hi Rasmus,
Ooh, that is prettier!
The sticky-ness inside is the adhesive spray used during printing. This will come off after one wash. However, the discoloration doesn't right. I know we have a brand new batch of this style landing mid-June. Do you want me to set you up for a replacement, or would you prefer a refund?

Stephanie

Hey
I also replied to the old e-mail regarding the Reaper litho. I assume it's somewhere in your system?
What I'd prefer regarding the hoodie is a full refund. Naturally I'm willing to send it back but I'll need a shipping label.
How are customs handled when returning "defective" items?[/list]May 31, 2012 11:58 am

Hi Rasmus,
I have asked about the XPO Air International thing. I'll let you know when I hear back.
Maybe it's because one is in a tube and the other is a smaller package? it could also be that the art is from Canada and the apparel is from China so there could be different customs rules for each. Check out the attachment I sent. All of your shipments went USPS First class International except for one that you paid for the upgrade -- USPS Priority International.
I gave you a refund on the lightweight hoody. Go ahead and keep it.
Thanks you!

I had a non-ladies elite hoodie. I would recommend a small men's. It fits well and it is a bit large (but not dramatically, I like slightly oversized hoodies as well and it fit me well), and I have medium female frame. I'd highly recommend it. I'm ordering a new small men's elite right now because I prefer that black color.Suspire wrote...
Any ladies have the non-ladies elite hoodie? I wanted it in black, and I usually like slightly oversized hoodies and wear them unzipped. So I'm considering getting one in men's size small. But I'm not sure if it'd look okay cause the fabric seems to be pretty thick? And I'm wondering if the velcro could be annoying if I leave it unzipped.

Seems I'm gonna miss out though cause the store bugged on me and customer service will only open Monday... meaning no discount for me and they will probably be sold out too. Maybe it's the universe trying to tell me I shouldn't give Eaware any money.

Whatever trouble you ran into, I'd think they'd be online for a bit longer, I'd recommend grabbing one because it's nicely made, warm (kept me warm in rainy London :'D), a bigger hood (i find most hoodies have hoods too small), the stripe is soooo much better than the cheaper hoodies (as in it doesn't abruptly end somewhere on your shoulder, it continues up to the hood seam, and it's made out of cloth material rather than some sort of iron-on thing) and apparently they now fixed the velcro issue with their last batch (the reason i sent my old one back for a refund).
But I'm still slightly wary with the durability of how the N7 patch is sewn on the side (considering the velcro on my last hoody tore that up wayyy too easily) and how well this fix in the velcro will work with the new batch. But I have faith. ¦D Anyway, if I don't like the velcro, the way the velcro is attached looks easy to remove with a seam ripper!
But either way, I hope the hoody thing works out for you, Suspire!

I was thinking of removing the velcro too, or actually covering it with something (honestly I'd prefer if the zipper was visible all the time). But I don't want to get it without the discount... I'd have to pay more for a bug in their website, that's not fair to me.
@Delduwath Mordion: it sucks but I'm kinda glad to know Murphy's Law isn't just picking on me

If you don't remove it, don't let the barbed/sharp velcro side touch your hoody strings or the N7 logo. The threading is looser in those areas and the velcro likes to stick to it...and even when you try to carefully remove it, the barbs just rip out all those poor threads ;__;
And you poor people having issues ordering the hoodies. :/ Luckily mine went through with no issues, but I hope the issue can be resolved for you guys so we can all be happy elite hoodie owners.
