Like the title says, ever since this last patch, I can't seem to ever finish a game. Xbox always freezes. Doesn't matter what map, always happens. Worked fine (except for the unreasonable disc unreadable errors) before the patch, but now I just can't play.

Yup same has been happening to me. 2 games back to back where it has froze in the middle of the game. I have also warped across maps, guns not firing, cannot use abilities.

Haven't had that issue, but I'm glad to see I'm not the only one suffering. I did, however, notice that my Leviathon DLC was corrupt...redownloaded that, haven't been able to check and see if that helps yet. Hopefully it fixes my problems...though I have no idea how that would matter. And it most likely won't lol.

I have had this problem as well. Mine has not been freezing every game, but it is still happening. I've also gotten the disc is unreadable message, both things are odd because I have the game installed on my hard drive and have not had this issue before.

I've had disc unreadable issues since launch, despite my disc being in pristine shape. Pisses me off.

This issue isn't new however, as I've been having in-game freeze ups every now and then since launch basically.

It's been a problem since release, but as of the patch, it's gotten far more prevalent
