 Receive status code: 80150101. Can't retrieve Information from Xbox Live. Trying from the US if it matters.

Same here (UK). Will keep trying though as it may be an error on their side.

Mine goes to 99% and pauses, only to be told cant download dlc. I have tried to re-download dlc only to have it jump to 97% download as normal to 99% and have the same message pop up. I also have deleted the "Incomplete" dlc and started over.... wait for it.... only to have the same outcome. Also from US. Please help?

I just tried to DL the new class DLC for Borderlands 2 and received the same error. Guessing XBL is having issues today.

1: Delete Incomplete from memory unit.
2: Clear system cache
3: Download again

Same in Michigan, United States. Called xbox up and the billing woman said that xbox live was down(though according to support, thats only hawaii?) I told her it was bs because I was on xbox live at that moment. So then she said she'd transfer me and the line died. Fantastic

I put mine on queue from online from xbox.com through the marketplace their and it DL'd fine on my xbox maybe try that iunno

 I was able to download the Retaliation Pack, but now suddenly I do not have all the new characters, only about 3 or 4 of them. What the hell?? Out of the 8 or so boxes I bought, a mix between Spectre and Premium Spectre, I got the Turian Havoc and the Turian Ghost at least 6 times combined, but no other character unlocks. Does anyone know what the hell is going on here?????????????????????????????????? I also checked my system memory for an incomplete download, but it shows as complete. I REALLY do not want to re-download this again after spending so much time trying to unlock everything....
