So with the new multiplayer DLC, I figured I'd give myself a bit of a boost and spend some money on points. I fire up the game, go to the store, buy a premium spectre pack, and... I don't get it. My bioware point count goes down, but I don't get the pack at all.
Buying things with credits works just fine, but trying to buy the same items with bioware points just makes the point count go down, with no packs received.

me too. they aren't going to helpl they don't care. the stuff i lost when the game was first released they never restored.

no nubs its always the same you have ot close the game then close origin and when you restart they will show up

was going to edit my last but figured i'd also add this didnt used ot happen when you bought the packs via the origin ingame system (only ever worked on one of the 4 pc's i tried it with)
but its always been the case if you use bsn to or the origin store to buy the points and then try to use them ingame (oh yeah its also way cheaper to buy 800 points atm you actually pay mroe if you buy the 1600 point cards)

I can verify that this worked for me. I purchased a PSP with BioWare points and did not receive the pack. I closed ME3, restarted Origin, and went back into ME3 and it gave me my pack when I clicked on Multiplayer in the game's menu.

I purchased BW points - mostly to thank BW for another FREE MP add-on - and to hopefully get the Volus characters...but as with others above - I bought 2 PSPs, neither appeared after I finished the purchase - but the game registered that I had indeed spent those BW points.
Please let me know if you (BW) need further information.

if you closed the game and then restarted origin and still didnt receive the packs you need ot contact EA support
