I know it's a very VERY long shot, but I'm also kind of hoping there's a playable Collector kit coming down the pipeline one of these days. Cuz you know... Leviathans and all. (deus ex machina those insectoids into packs por favor)

Honestly though, just play a volus engineer. He debuffs and slows and does a decent amount of damage w/ recon mine if you spec for damage. The sentinel seems like he might be disappointing

Recon Mine could use a little bit of a damage boost. I think its fine on bronze and silver but in gold/platinum it feels a little weak. Not a big buff, just a small one.
I love how quick they are on their feet and roll really well. lol Dodges really well. Love him.

At first I was pissed off with lore butchering, but I think the MP team did a good job justifying them. They're clearly not front line fighters, but since they're all space banker billionaires, they can afford state of the art technology and serve as support troops.
The engineer makes more sense than the adept though. The volus adept feels abit too much meme pandering in a "lol chuck norris" style, esp with the "godly biotic abilities" in the description.

If this was meant to be a humorous addition, then you've succeeded, as I laughed for quite some time when I saw the first volus on the battlefield.

Also... it's so freaking funny that they can turn invisible instead of melee. It makes sense, since they are so weak, but it's still pretty funny. XP

They are hilarious to see in battle, but they are surprisingly effective in support, and it is interesting that there is now a "Healing" class in the game. It could lead to other things, who knows?

You mean like healing nurse Vorcha class with mini skirt nurses dress on with optional red lipstick?

Actually, I want the engineer

It would be nice if the recon mine had a slightly quicker cooldown, but other than that, the only complaint I have is the lack of recognition on the scoreboard.

I only feel sorry that you guys didn't name his passive abilitiy (the one that enhances power damage) "Biotic wind" lol

One question I have is:
Does his shielding power bother the players? Does it interfere with any of their powers? I wouldn't want to stand near someone who is sniping and protect him if it botches anything.

I was SO HAPPY when I heard they were gonna be added into multiplayer. I was SO SAD when there was an massive thread where 50% of the people were raging over the addition of the Volus.
I was SSSOOOO HAPPY when ultimately people really liked them once they got their hands on them... even many of the haters.
I think I'm a bi-polar nerd

So... the Volus are essientially a hybrid of Tony Stark and Samwell Tarly (from Game of Thrones)?
