This week's balance changes are now live and posted here.

Edit: the post now also includes additional gameplay changes from the Retaliation DLC and some missing patch notes.

Cryo Explosion Power Combo
- Like Biotic Explosion or Tech Burst combos, this combo can now occur without killing the target.

Already fixed the CC problem, Fire and Cryo Explosions now on demand, missing mods are back.

This is probably the best balance change ever!

P.S. does this apply to Snap Freeze as well?

Oh Boy... I played silver matches today and can say... It is becoming hard...

Nice about de cryo and fire explosions.... it will be my bread and butter.

Hmph, well now I'm wishing I'd taken screenshots of the stuff that go removed.

I'm curious now what these new weapon mods actually do. Guess I'll find out eventually.

Guys, carnage can set up fire explosions now! Weren't we ****ing about this just a week ago???

And with the change to fire explosions so you don't have to kill the enemy to trigger them... hollleeee crap that's a lotta boom!

Also, I found out why I kept on dying right after getting into cover when fighting atlases:

- Atlas rocket will add a small damage-over-time effect on players that prevents shield regeneration for a short time

- When 3 of 4 players are ready in the lobby, there is a 20 second countdown before the match automatically begins

already saw it, didn't like it at all, still don't...
why do you need it? First time it occured to me, when I was respecing a character and the game started before I was finished, great. Now I know I have to get "ready" and unready again for a new 20sec countdown. With others I see they're still changing equipment during the 20 secs, again it makes absolutely no sense to start the game before they're finished...
If they don't move at all I can still kick them, so what do I need this 20sec rule for?

Why the hell were you repeciing a character in the lobby?  Thisr ule is exactly for people like you it seems.  Heck i leave the lobby if I even level up if there is going to be any kind of decision.  This was a positive change, get ready or get out.
