Yeah, phantom's ranged attack is what really breaks them. Going toe to toe with a phantom can be quite thrilling. Getting picked off from across the map is less so.
And for the love of the biotic god, please fix the geth. Stagger lock is such an obnoxious mechanic in general. The geth take it to horrible extremes.

I agree. Leave the lobby if you want to spec up, or do it quickly. Heck, it shouldn't take more than 10 seconds to change your character..... Also, here's a novel concept, plug your mic in, say, give me thirty seconds guys, and then do it.
I love this feature, it prevents some neckbeard from fiddling with his guns for 20 minutes in between matches. I spend way too much time waiting for a game to actually start.

Just met my first Dragoon. Armour troop for Cerberus. Not that difficult on my Krogan Sentinel but a double-yellow surprise.

I think that means that when you promote a class, the Adept for example, points won't automatically be put into Singularity. Likewise, points won't be put into Tech Armour for the Turian Sentinel.
Correct me if I'm wrong but this is what I interpret.

it doesn't last long enough for the changes you guys did to singularity to be of much use.
could the Base duration be increased to 20 sec.
Rank ? evo ? the 150% increase for duration. :
Could it be increased to 200% increase?
Rank ? evo? radius increase :
could it be increased so the it affects a 6 meter radius.
(could the base radius be increased also)? ( my thoughts "4 meters > 100 miles")

or if you don't want to increase duration or radius, then it feels like it could use a large increase to damage
could you increase base damage by a bunch and the damage evo rank 6 A and B
Rank 6a: damage increased by 500 a sec
rank 6b detonation damage increased to 1000 and force to 1500 over a 8 meter radius.

right now it feels like it's a single target use power.
but reading the patch notes it seemed the the changes were made to allow it to affect multiple targets over a period of time.

it is also very easy for alot of the enemies to dodge this at range.
the Justicar bubble power out shines this by 10000 to 1
stasis even is better a controlling lower lvl targets.

I tried Salarian engineer and paladin, I couldn't get any combos off with incinerate + energy drain or vice versa. Yet human engineer's incinerate + overload works just fine and the other way around.
Is this bugged or what?

I might give it a go tonight myself. For some reason yesterday I was getting loads of biotic combos with singularity and lash but couldn't biotic combo for toffee this morning.
