Phantoms need to be nerfed now. Atlas got a double buff and Cerberus have Dragoons. 

And nerf the Geth already!

Yeah, phantom's ranged attack is what really breaks them. Going toe to toe with a phantom can be quite thrilling. Getting picked off from across the map is less so.

And for the love of the biotic god, please fix the geth. Stagger lock is such an obnoxious mechanic in general. The geth take it to horrible extremes.

That's a very thoughtful addition, thank you. I didn't realise I had unlocked the N7 paladin for like a day, because the host left as I was unlocking the pack

I love this feature, it prevents some neckbeard from fiddling with his guns for 20 minutes in between matches. I spend way too much time waiting for a game to actually start.

If everyone else in the lobby is getting annoyed waiting for you they can kick. The 20 second thing is irritating.

Funny as I had a passing thought about how it would be nice to see what rarity weapons were in the weapon menu but I considered it to be too low-priority to mention. I like this vanity change.

Just met my first Dragoon. Armour troop for Cerberus. Not that difficult on my Krogan Sentinel but a double-yellow surprise.

Great set of balance changes. The buffs for Atlas are overdue. It is no longer just a walking bullet sponge. My favorite changes are those to cryo and fire explosions. My Batarian Soldier is now even more awesome!

I must say, I hate the changes. The geth are harder in general. The Prime's drone actually attacks you now, you can't grab pyros anymore (and they still have their ridiculously long range AND now they can even stomp you!), the addition of the bombers, etc.

Ah great tech explosion buff. But the N7 Paladin's Fire Burst is still bugged...whenever he sets it off it's centered on himself instead of the enemy. It's really exacerbated now.

If this was fixed he'd be a Burst machine.

fire and cryo and a lot of tech-burstings

I'm sure it's just me but I'm finding biotic explosions far harder to trigger since the balance changes. Yesterday hitting a Phantom, etc with Singularity then immediately Lash would trigger biotic explosions probably half of the time. Since the balance changes I've managed it only a couple of times. Also, targets seem to ignore the effects of singularity much more easily, only a momentary stagger then moving on.

With the new changes to the cryo/fire explosions, can a human engineer then constantly set off tech bursts, fire explosions, tech bursts and so on, by using Overload -> Incinerate -> Overload.....?

@Master Che, before, when you made a new character, your first skill point would be automatically assigned (which would be annoying for many builds, for example human sentinels and my blade armor-less batarians). That doesn't happen anymore

I think that means that when you promote a class, the Adept for example, points won't automatically be put into Singularity. Likewise, points won't be put into Tech Armour for the Turian Sentinel.

Correct me if I'm wrong but this is what I interpret.

I shot on 3 enemies with fire ammo enough to set them on fire, then I used overload with 2 additional hits evolution - Tech Boom Boom Boom -.... 4 bodies laying down... (yes, there was a 4th enemie that died just receiving the fire explosion damage). That was so beautifull.... thanks Bioware... you made my year.

I'm really sorry, ...   I Really dislike this change.

it doesn't last long enough for the changes you guys did to singularity to be of much use.

could the Base duration be increased to 20 sec.
Rank ? evo ? the 150% increase for duration. :  
Could it be increased to 200% increase?

could it be increased so the it affects a 6 meter radius. 
(could the base radius be increased also)?  ( my thoughts "4 meters > 100 miles")

or if you don't want to increase duration or radius, then it feels like it could use a large increase to damage

could you increase base damage by a bunch and the damage evo rank 6 A and B
Rank 6a: damage increased  by 500 a sec 
rank 6b  detonation damage increased to 1000 and force to 1500 over a 8 meter radius.

right now it feels like it's a single target use power.
but reading the  patch notes it seemed the the changes were made to allow it to affect multiple targets over a period of time.

it is also very easy for alot of the enemies to dodge this at range.

the Justicar bubble power out shines this by 10000 to 1 
stasis even is better a controlling lower lvl targets.

Uh, anyone else having trouble getting fire explosions and tech explosions off with Incinerate and Energy Drain combo?

I tried Salarian engineer and paladin, I couldn't get any combos off with incinerate + energy drain or vice versa. Yet human engineer's incinerate + overload works just fine and the other way around.

Is this bugged or what?

I might give it a go tonight myself. For some reason yesterday I was getting loads of biotic combos with singularity and lash but couldn't biotic combo for toffee this morning.
