Why are the weekend ops greyed out? I've  completed every weekend op, but only have 14 levels of n7 weapons due to forgetting to get my commendation packs. Will I have Operation Resurgence and Exorcist added back to my list of completed weekend operations? Or will the record be incomplete?

Sorry, I have a rather self-serving question. I was unable to redeem packs for 2 of the promotional (N7) weapons despite completing the corresponding weekend operation (Operation Mastiff). Since you can easily verify that I completed the challenge, and also verify that I am missing 2 N7 levels (only 13 out of the possible 15), would it be in any way possible to receive commendation packs now?

I only ask because I still don't have the Valiant and it's killing me.  (Resurgence is greyed out but I did complete it, like many others here).

Hello to Bryan and the Bioware Challenge Team,
I appreciate that Bioware is seeking to jazz up Multiplayer with a new look and new information.

Here's some immediate feedback. 

1)  Too much scrolling information on the N7 level bar !   
When deciding to play with other players, I quickly check their N7 level and weapons. 
The number of times they've promoted the character could be helpful to know but I request that  it be displayed in a static, non-scrolling fashion so I can scan it quickly.  Trophies and number of promotions can be displayed on that first team member viewing panel in a static display.  

Please keep the second panel uncluttered so we can quickly assess whether we like our team mates chosen  character, level and equipment load out. 


2)   The challenges are interesting.  I'd feel more motivated to attempt the very lengthy challenges if there was  a banner I really wanted.  While the banners look sharp, only the "Biotic God" banner  approaches what I'd like to see.  There must be other players who'd like to put up a banner up for their favorite class and character.

Here are a few suggestions of various classes and characters - with a choice of witty, in-your-face, or "take that ! " type of quotes.   

For instance, an Asari Justicar throwing Reave and an assault rifle in hand would work well with....
 "My Asari Justicar is a Biotic Goddess ! "    

Asari Vanguard in heavy melee pose..... " I am a Biotic Goddess...!" 

How about a Vorcha caught in a Blood Rage scream pose - with the banner "STRONGEST !" ?

Krogran Vanguard ( close up of eye armor with large weapon in hand ) and the phrase "STOP WHINING !" 

Krogan Soldier  caught in the act of headbutting  or backhanding an enemy outta the park..."HYAAA !" 

Krogan Sentinal  caught in the act of headbutting  or backhanding an enemy outta the park... with the phrase:
"KROGAN POWER !!! "

Quarians...."Eat hot plasma you Bosh'tet !" 

Batarian smashing a Collector Captain in the face with the phrase "Curse you !" 

Infiltrator posing with sniper rifle...   "Headshots a specialty..." 

Sword wielding Infiltrator:    "Enemies will Taste my Sword of Death...! "  

I imagine my fellow M.E. 3 gamers will speak up if they'd like to see something similar to these ideas...

If so its because PC achievements are kept locally and sometimes when you play other places (or after a uninstall/reinstall) etc. They can be overwriten by your game.

A question about Map Mastery stats. Since downloading the new DLC I've played exactly 1 bronze game (a solo to extraction on Glacier just to check out the new layout), maybe 3 silver matches, and around 20+ gold matches. I haven't kept track of the exact number. When I look at the "Map Mastery" stats, I have the same numbers across bronze, silver and sometimes gold for most of the maps I've played. For example, for Glacier, it says Current Progress 19/100 for bronze and 9/100 for silver, with 0/0 for gold. For "Hazzard Waves" it shows 57/200 bronze, 57/200 silver and 37/200 for gold. But here's the thing. For Glacier, I only played one game since new DLC and it was on bronze. Why the stats in silver? For Hazzards, I've had 0 games on bronze, 2 on Silver and probably 10+ on Gold. Why the discrepancies?

No, it's been the same PC the whole time. No reinstall(s) either. Edit: and in-game the achievements are there/unlocked, and I don't play in offline mode if I can help it...

Operation Resurgence technically wasn the same weekend challenge. You needed to have the resurgence dlc installed and you got the reward. We are looking into a way to show players who played during that time.

FWIW, I am suffering from this problem. AFAIK, I usually have the DLCs installed prior to going for Op, and I don't recall not receiving any commendation packs (because I always had to go through support for it). I can check for the support email for Resurgence, but I also recall that earlier this week I had all 14 lit, before I had to submit a request to check for my Overdrive Commendation pack (#15).

Honestly? You're losing me. I know internally there can be a difference particularly in definition, but to us mortal users, eh, the distinction is lost.

From what I can see from my N7 HQ page, there's 15 Ops, of which for Op Resurgence (Apr 13) I appeared to have not participated. From what I understand of what you are saying previously, it's not a regular Op and shouldn't count, which I presume that means for everyone... If that's the case, why not just remove the Op Resurgence marker?

Sorry if I sound very confused (because I am). It's been a while and I can't quite remember the details for Resurgence.

Edit:  Nevermind, was kind of confusing at first to set the banner in game.  I had to restart the game and then click "set title" after clicking the text of my completed challenge.

A suggestion for the banners/challenges - The coolest looking one is Commando Mastery, and I'm not a big Asari fan. If each race had their own banner like that, it'd be a lot more appealing I think. It's cooler to identify as one character than a group of them.

Hello Bryan and BW team,

Because I'm on PS3 the first operation I was able to participate was "Exorcist" and I played all of them with sucess since then. So I have 12 operations completed up so far. This crosscheck with the 12 promotional N7 weapons in my manifest. But in the challenges cups I only have 9 ... I'm missing Exorcist, Silencer and Shieldwall (the first 3 I took part of).

I'll appreciate if you guys can look into it.
