So yes 2 gold is enough, as long as you have 5 silver and 10 bronze to go with it :)

Just a quick question for you Devs, how does the solo run challenge work, is it if i do 10 bronzes it will count as a platinum? or is it if i do a platinum i'll get one in the others? thanks for any help. And i wish to applaud anyone who can solo a platinum WITHOUT cheating ;o) lol

If you do platinum you get credits for all other difficulties if you do bronze you only get credit for bronze

Will our character names ever display or serve a purpose? Perhaps showing up with banners or on manifest at least?

Is there a reason the silver challenges don't 'prestige' until after their respective gold challenge has been completed?  Personally, I find it annoying in the sense of micromanaging builds, loadouts, and gameplay to minimize waste on completed-but-not-yet-prestiged challenges.

In the absence of this system, we would see a more steady influx of challenge points with titles acting as the more focused incentive for completing the gold challenges.  I see the gold challenges more as lengthy barriers to looping silver challenges than ways to unlock titles as things currently stand.

1)  Too much scrolling information on the N7 level bar !

In answer to this, you need to stop being so damned elitist, your N7 ranking does not show how good a player really is and neither does his/her gun/equipment loadout, try playing a game with them before jumping to conclusions :mellow:

Yeah this. It's hard enough to get PUG to cooperate at times. Having a challenge drives the point home. Maybe a separate Gold Category, with a reward Banner: "Objective Grabber"?

No because there is no way to control what people name there character and enforcing something racist for an example would be a great deal of work

Because doing something like you could repeat the harrier 9 times would defeat the purpose of the entire system.

I think the solo achievement has really made the challenge system unfun. People abused it with the glitch for starters and anyone who managed to use the exploit, even if only one or two times, has an unfair advantage over everyone else. Second people who are able to do what most of use don't want to do, solo platinum, get a huge edge over everyone else in the challenge leader board. This is especially so because the challenge is repeatable and, maybe, is even the least time consuming challenge given that all of the other challenges require more net extractions.

Also, please keep the experience earned after hitting level 20. At the least make there be some incentive to earn experience after hitting level 20 because promoting is really unfun. I like the idea of promoting, but starting at level 1 just means I will be booted from games and that it will take forever to get my characters skills to where they need to be for platinum runs.

Was already answered somewhere else. This week a break, starting next weekend, one every weekend.

So.. I may have missed it but do we get any Challenge points for completing objectives? It always feels like in PUGs my character is doing the work while everyone else gets to enjoy killing things, shouldn't I be rewarded for that? Anything that encourages teams to work together to complete escorts, hack objectives, etc. is a good thing, just as we should encourage players to fill support roles.

I was wondering that too. I managed to get all 500 tech bursts by lobbing arc grenades, but yet I only have 28,000 in damage for grenades? That doesn't sound right at all. In fact I only had to shoot my gun maybe 5 times in all those matches to get those tech bursts. So yeah all of my kills were with grenades and incinerate.

There is something I do not understand:

I know that the Operation Resurgence is not working rigth now and they look for it but still there is 15 event and I have 15 prom. gun. I'm sure I always did the event and got the guns, but there was one event when we got TWO weapon (one in the victory pack).

So shouldnt be there only 14 event or what I missed?

And a stupid question: if I have more than one Banner, can I switch betwen them as many time I wanted without doing them again? So if I'm earned a banner is that mine to use forever?

I'm with Major_Tao_Tau here. Even if it's not a perfect indicator of how good a player they are, it shows you how much experience they have, which is relevant. And it's just interesting to see. If it's worth displaying these numbers at all, it'd be nice to make them more readable. A static display of N7 / promotions / challenge score side by side would be a lot more readable. (And the flipping animation is a bit distracting IMHO.)

This UI change is about the only thing I don't like about the new material. It's really appealing overall.

So I completed the Collector challenge yesterday. It reset scion and praetorian points and said I completed them once. The others, however, did not reset. What makes them reset?

If your Challenge Team is considering making hundreds of Mass Effect Gamer Pics and Themes available as rewards for completing certain upcoming Challenges....well....Hooray ! 
If not, to whom may i submit my request ? 
For quite a while I've wanted to have a Mass Effect Gamer Pic for Xbox Live....but none are available.... alas.

If it was asked before I apologize (did try to do forum search).
How does the 'Times completed' counter work? When can you complete a specific challenge more than once? i.e. If I already achieved it once how does a 'second' time work?
Also, things with multiples (where you get a 1,2 and 3 that adds up e.g. Biotic Explosions Detonated 1,2,3) how can say 1 be achieved again (if possible at all??)
