I have a question about the "squad elite" challenge.
The UI is showing that I got the silver challenge in Bronze extractions, silver extractions, and survival medals. But squad elite says 2 of 8 complete.
And survival medals says 100/100 and times completed 0. It could be because I fell into a match on wave 4 or 5 and we ended up getting a gold survival medal (10 waves) and I wasn't there for 10 waves?
Any ideas?

Me: I don't understand how a connection issue explains why Squad Elite Banner is not doing the math of adding 1 plus 1 equal 2. It register as complete but it can't add?
Is there any way for you to update the current N7 homepage or the game to reflect the completion?
All of my other completions updates just fine. All of my other Banners are displaying the completions correctly. It's only this particular one that we're having problems with. I've also played plenty of games since then to have it register more than 100 survival medals.

I apologize for the delay in my response, and I understand how frustrating this issue can be. What I can see if that there is a connection issue. Even though some parts of the game function fine this issue could be only effected by some ports and these ports could be the ones needed for the information that is not updating. Due to the connection issue the servers that are not connecting could be the ones for those updates. Until the connection issue is resolved we can not tell if it is something more then that.

It's a know issue and bioware is working on a fix. You can find more info on this thread.
I like EA costumer services, normally they are helpful, but look like they are not well informed about details on the games, like know issues. Next time try BSN first ^^
