I have a question about the "squad elite" challenge.
The UI is showing that I got the silver challenge in Bronze extractions, silver extractions, and survival medals. But squad elite says 2 of 8 complete.
And survival medals says 100/100 and times completed 0.  It could be because I fell into a match on wave 4 or 5 and we ended up getting a gold survival medal (10 waves) and I wasn't there for 10 waves?
Any ideas?

Me: I don't understand how a connection issue explains why Squad Elite Banner is not doing the math of adding 1 plus 1 equal 2. It register as complete but it can't add?

Is there any way for you to update the current N7 homepage or the game to reflect the completion?

All of my other completions updates just fine. All of my other Banners are displaying the completions correctly. It's only this particular one that we're having problems with. I've also played plenty of games since then to have it register more than 100 survival medals.

I apologize for the delay in my response, and I understand how frustrating this issue can be. What I can see if that there is a connection issue. Even though some parts of the game function fine this issue could be only effected by some ports and these ports could be the ones needed for the information that is not updating. Due to the connection issue the servers that are not connecting could be the ones for those updates. Until the connection issue is resolved we can not tell if it is something more then that.

It's a know issue and bioware is working on a fix. You can find more info on this thread.

I like EA costumer services, normally they are helpful, but look like they are not well informed about details on the games, like know issues. Next time try BSN first ^^

I completed the "Combat Mastery" and "Geth Mastery" challenges early on (before the requirements were changed) and have recently learned that the sub-challenges should have reset at that point, so that I could complete them again.

They didn't.

I have since completed many other challenges, including SMG Mastery, which did cause the sub-challenges to be cleared.

Any ideas?

they are in a bad state, you will be unable to complete it twice. They are working on a fix that MAYBE will get out next week.

the other day, some guy told me that he saw a 'sniper master' banner...he asked the person, and the person said he got it cause he completed the sniping challenge twice....he also said there was another level, 'sniper god' i think was the title, if you complete it 3 times....so my questions are:

1) is this true? are there different banners/titles for completing challenges mutiple times?

2) if this is true, is it true for all the challenges?

he was trolling you. You get one banner for each gold challenge, after that, the silver challenges you completed are reseted, and you can do it again, but the second time you complete gold will give you only challenge points.

I checked and the data we are showing is accurate. Are the credits and leaderboard values not the same as what you see in-game?

And no you can't complete challenges without first installing the patch.

Only a few things are displaying correctly: SQD level, credits and inventory. I played 6 rounds of the wknd challenege and I still have 0% in progress even though I used the N7 Crusader. But, as you clarified, I need the patch in order for stats to be recorded on challenges. I can only hope that I did in fact reach 50k points.

Okay for the gold medal thing (one of bars that flips through your N7 rank, how many of that class your promoted, and ect): I don't understand how it works exactly. I thought it just counted all the gold medals that you got per-game but then I noticed that my gold medal indicator thing is now stuck on 1000. How does this thing work because I may be misinformed?

As some have previously stated, a question such as the one I'm about to pose may well have been answered already, but anywho..

I'm having issues with platinum games not registering in my challenges. I get a few of them under the map challenge every now and then, though not as many as I play, and nowhere else. Is this a common problem? Or, for that matter, a solvable one?

Why does the Council Operative banner only have an Asari on it? Last time I checked, the Citadel Council consisted of 4 races. And even though you don't have to play as any Human kit to achieve it, you still need to play as Turian and Salarian besides the Asari. Kind of an odd design choice tbh.

I am having problems with scoring challenge points with tech armor: when playing wi Krogan Battlemaster, I haven't gotten any points when detonating his armor. Same thing when attackers melee against my Batarian blade armor.

Basically how does one score tech armor points?

Why didn't my earlier promotes ain't counted for N7 challange? I promoted 5 of each class I can play (can't get into Infiltrators 'till I get N7 Shadow as I can't use Snipers). So I have 25 promoted characters but challange only counts 21 of them which are promoted after challange system.

Also will there be new challanges/banners added in the future? I'd like to have ones with beloved ME characters (like Salarian Scientist with Mordin or Cerberus Defector with Miranda unlocked with appropriate challanges, like related to their in game powers/weapons/race or faction etc)

No, because one weapon can represent a category quite nicely but the same cannot really be said for races. If not for the title, one single Asari could mean mutliple things (lots of biotic ability use for instance) i.e. confusing people that don't know much about the story/lore etc. Slap the faces of Tevos, Valern and Sparatus on it, done... perfect match. Just my opinion. Feel free not to share it

You have to use the tech armor from sentinel classes, blade armor from batarian dont count

How about you rename the banner for smg from "SMG Mastery" (pretty bland) to "Master of Recoil" ? All the other weapon banners have unique names.

Can we get an N7 HQ app for Android, iOS, and Windows? Something super simple that updates as well as the site does. Things like the HQ are good for a little incentive to play a little longer in hopes that I can progress in challenge x or whatnot.
