Sorry, I have a rather self-serving question. I was unable to redeem packs for 2 of the promotional (N7) weapons despite completing the corresponding weekend operation (Operation Mastiff). Since you can easily verify that I completed the challenge, and also verify that I am missing 2 N7 levels (only 13 out of the possible 15), would it be in any way possible to receive commendation packs now?

I only ask because I still don't have the Valiant and it's killing me.  (Resurgence is greyed out but I did complete it, like many others here).

If so its because PC achievements are kept locally and sometimes when you play other places (or after a uninstall/reinstall) etc. They can be overwriten by your game.

Because I'm on PS3 the first operation I was able to participate was "Exorcist" and I played all of them with sucess since then. So I have 12 operations completed up so far. This crosscheck with the 12 promotional N7 weapons in my manifest. But in the challenges cups I only have 9 ... I'm missing Exorcist, Silencer and Shieldwall (the first 3 I took part of).

I'll appreciate if you guys can look into it.

You got packs that rewarded you for Goliath and Raptor (all PS3 players did), plus there was a victory pack that gave you 2 N7 weapons

No, with the exception of N7 (I believe) and Mass Effect you generally only need 80-90% of the silver challenges

Solo mastery requires 3 out of the 4 silver challenges
So take you pick of 3 out of the 4

So yes 2 gold is enough, as long as you have 5 silver and 10 bronze to go with it

My N7HQ is linking to my old origin name after I changed it, is there any way to fix this? I used the "Detect your online profile(s)" button already and it updated it, but when I use the side banner thingy on BSN to go to my N7HQ, it links to my old profile name and says "No profile was found on with the name aBoomshot." I have to either manually search for my profile or go to the "My account" section and then click on the link to "Pwnjuice4EVERY1". My old Origin name is "aBoomshot" and my new one is "Pwnjuice4EVERY1".

No but you dont have to use the harrier since there is more than 9 challenges, you could get 
100 medals
vindicator
avenger
phaeston
falcon
sabre
striker
vindicator
collector rifle

and many other combinations, assault rifles for example have 120 different ways to unlock the gold level!

The challenge categorisation in the N7-HQ seems a bit odd:

Under Weapons Tab you have:
- Reaper mastery -- killing various alien races
- Geth Mastery -- killing geth enemies
- Collector Mastery -- killing various alien races

While under the Aliens tab you have:
- Bloodpack Mastery with specific weapon usage challenges (e.g. graal)
- Retaliation with collector weapons
- Machine with Javelin, Arc pistol etc.

These seem upside down for me...

The weapons tab is more directed for acquiring points by killing in very well defined categories.

Aliens tab is for things that organize by race/dlc

I'm confused. Last night I got my Phaeston Use award for 140,000 points dealt. Now when I look on N7HQ I see Phaeston Use in my recent challenge completions, but below that it says I have a 200,000 point Phaeston challenge approaching completion.

I don't see another Phaeston Use challenge in the lists, nor do I see a 200,000-point upcoming challenge for the Harrier (which I think was the first AR challenge I completed). What gives?

No, it's been the same PC the whole time. No reinstall(s) either. Edit: and in-game the achievements are there/unlocked, and I don't play in offline mode if I can help it...

Same here for my Xbox achievements - I posted about this earlier in this thread. I unlocked them all to 100% a good while ago now, and my N7HQ says two (pre-Leviathan achievements) are still locked. I'm currently working through Leviathan, and have popped 2 achievements there as well now (as of yesterday) - those also show as locked. Haven't switched my Xbox or anything weird like that. Basically it says I have 6 achievements locked, when it should say 2.

Also strange (and I mentioned this earlier but with no reply) - Xbox lists ME3 as having 56 achievements (not sure if that link will open to my XBL profile for ME3), but N7HQ lists 57. Haven't checked to see what the Xbox might be missing, but I counted the icons for each and the numbers are right for both.

Edit: Interesting. Apparently Xbox doesn't list the Striker Achievement (Kill 25 enemies with melee attacks). Number variance problem solved

Edit - BTW, thanks so much for answering all these questions Bryan. There are tons of them!!

Killing 25 enemies with melee attacks give you an avatar award but no achievement points

It is MP timed played, time in actual games, and yes it counts solo

Gotta admit we had no plan for it to be 49 days, it was just a weird coincidence. I am not commenting on any future dlc we release whether they are sp or mp. (And no this is not confirmation we are doing another DLC) It is saying I am not talking about any of this.

I thought I read that challenges can be completed multiple times. If so, does challenge progress reset only after completing a group of sub challenges. For instance in AR mastery I have completed harrier mastery will this challenge continue to acrue points towards that challenge again but without showing progress in the bar or does only completing the greater AR mastery challenge allow for further progress in the lower sub challenges?

If you have completed harrier for example it will reset after you finish off the gold level challenge.

XP listed on level 20 characters is the amount of XP that character has gained AFTER becoming level 20, we will probably be removing this

A: Technically resurgence only required you to have the dlc installed, it used a different system we are looking at a way to display it for people but as of right now it is expected you dont have it

I actually wrote this to another topic, but maybe here I can have an answer.

I also don't have that cup, and I am sure, that I have installed the resurgence DLC and got the gift for it.
However, I am not so sure, that I have played any matches that weekend...
Maybe is this the problem?
