It's odd I played since launch and didn't get one till 2 weeks ago and since then have gotten it to lvl 4. RNG is RNG i suppose

I've got it at level 1. For me it's a toss up between the Harrier, Saber and PPR. Depends on the character and build somewhat.
With the PPR you forget all about racing to ammo crates. With the Saber you don't worry about it too much. But with the Harrier you get nervous getting more than 20 steps from one.
