I know I don't have the Harrier, I believe it's one of the only 3 I don't have, also including the Typhoon and Indra.

Maybe the team needs to look at weighting favoritism for some of the older URs, 7 months and people still not having them by now suggests their may be an issue here.

I have it, at lvl 1, no Typhoon though. Was hoping for more, but the RNG decided to give me Talon 4, 5, and 6! today in the same million credits. So happy right now.
