Don't have them unlocked, the new descriptions are fairly ambiguos. I'm reaching out to those lucky people who have one, or both already.

Male according to the in-game voices.
Unless female Turians just happen to sound exactly like their male counterparts that is.

Turian women could easily be mistaken for men if their voices weren't so deep.

Female Volus? Where?
No, it's not acceptable any more. Female Krogan models exist in game, and no doubt the new quarian is the male model only.BlazingShrapnel wrote...

On topic, I seriously did want Turian ladies. They're my favorite race, and they make sense lore wise. I would say the laziness is acceptable due to the Collectors being added, but this and the lack of new powers(outside of volus and turians) is sort of disappointing.

OP -- don't give up hope, maybe some of the characters still awaiting release will be female. BioWare listens to us, they have probably heard what you have to say.

I agree, that's why I say to not give up hope. BioWare isn't stupid and they don't seem to lack common sense (except of course for the SP endings in ME 3:devil:), so I am saying, let's see what rolls out in the next few weeks, there may be some slick female characters for everyone to play.AresKeith wrote...

Yea but it should be common sense for Bioware to know that female gamers are gonna want female characters, especially for a game like Mass Effect when some of the races do have females who are willing to fight
OP, perhaps your hopes will be resurrected in the coming weeks. Maybe for Halloweeen (night of the living dead hopes)? I don't have any inside info, I am just hopeful for you and others to get some new female characters to play. Perhaps BioWare could weigh in and at least hint if some of the future characters are female.Rebel_Raven wrote...
They had a really nice shot at adding a female Krogan as the adept. Ya know, since women obviously can't be tanky heavy weapons experts in a world where a human can have the shields of a krogan, they should be logistical, and power spammey. Like an Adept! <.<
They didn't. The only Krogan in the DLC is pretty much a vanguard with diffirent powers.
They have chance after chance, and they just toss up their hands and say "nah, just make'em a dude. No one will care!"
My hopes are shot, dead, and buried in the back yard.
