Recently brought ME2 through Origin (9/10/2012), however when I go to enter the Product key to open up the cerberus network I constantly get the 'code is already in use'
this should be impossible as I put it in about 20 mins after it finished downloading. This is mightly annoying as I now have no access to any of the DLC for ME2.
Please help.

The good news is that this is a fairly common problem (happened to me too with a Steam bought ME2). I think it comes about as a result of more copies of the game being out there than there are valid codes, so they have to let each code be used a number of times. From time to time a code reaches the maximum number they've allowed and then someone comes along and buys another copy with the same code only to find that it won't work.
The more good news is that it can be a fairly quick and easy fix. The bad news is that it can only be done via EA Support, and experiences seem to be mixed depending on the means used to contact them I would recommend talking to them via their Live Chat service. That's what I did and they got the code working for me in 5 or 10 minutes. Others have emailed and not got anywhere for days.
