I have multiple (two to be exact) video cards in my computer. Does Dragon Age recognize multiple monitors? If yes, I'm assuming there is some secret way to tell it to use multiple monitors.

No it does not support multiple monitors.

There's no way to make the game span multiple monitors that I know of, but you can at least make it behave better - i.e., make DA be full screen on one monitor while still giving you the freedom to use the other monitor without having to minimize the game. Use windowed mode and get ShiftWindow. http://www.grismar.net/shiftwindow/

May not support multiple displays but it does handle multi-monitor resolutions. So as mentioned the Eyefinity or the Triplehead2go hardware device lets you get it spanned across, and its just gorgeous.

What you are looking for is SoftTH(I wrote a tutorial , but it´s in german, sorry). It works just fine on DragonAge as long as you can cope with the popping in every kind of TH Setup.
