I know to turn them in to Wade but some how on this play through I managed to pick up 10 drake scales & the guy won't let me turn them in. Is there another person I can turn them in to or just vender them?

There are only 2 sets of drake scale armor available at a cost of 3 scales each. If you have extras there are no other applications for them since all the scripted events will be exhausted after the first 6. Selling them would make the most sense.
