I've just released the Legends Plugins v1.8 consisting of plugins -geared toward NWN2 Persistent worlds- today:

The plugins that need sql can't really be used by single player builders. Is there a list of the plugins that don't? I know the quest and crafting plugins require sql, and the ai plugin doesn't.

Yes, that statement is correct hence the "geared toward NWN2 Persistent worlds", however you can use ALMOST all the Loot Plugin and the AI plugin without SQL/NWNX in a SP module. YMMV.

I've released v1.81 of my Crafting and Spawn plugin.  A few new features and bug fixes.  The big one for spawn was the option to have proximity spawning vs. entire area spawning.  Also posted them on NWN Nexus.  You can get them either at http://www.nwn2legends.com or http://neverwinter.nexusmods.com in the plugins category.

Thought I'd revive this one. Firstly because these plugins are fantastic and secondly because I need a question answered!

I love the look of the craft plugin. Watched all the videos and would love to work this into my current project as it fits perfectly. But the single player issue is a problem - the campaign is to be downloadable for play by a single player or a single party multiplayer. In terms of the database requirements - is there not some way a builder can distribute the necessary files or programs along with the module?

It would be a shame if this wouldn't work. But thought I'd ask before regretfully moving on!

The craft plugin is designed for persistent worlds. While it would be technically possible, it would be more work than there is value in using it in a single player game as a player would need to setup SQL and NWNX etc etc.

Thanks for the reply Marshal. That's the rationale that I eventually arrived at by myself (bit of a silly question in hindsight!). I've taken up a challenge to try and create something new along your systems lines which wont require SQL and NWNX - so far so good.

I use your AI plugin - great stuff! Hope we get to see more of your great work, plus the video series :)
