Two units on the Collectors have far too much HP for the speed and range of their attacks. The Scion and Praetorian have far too much Health. A shockwave and warp will only do 1 bar of armor damage to the Praetorian.
As a high offense speedy with a snyc kill that can block all powers the Praetorian should not have 1 and a half times the Health value of an atlas. Bring down their health to less than an Atlas to balance.
As a Stun -locking, multi-frag throwing unit that is in the same boss category as a brute or pyro the Scion has more heatlh than an Atlas or Prime.
Lower the armor hit points of these two units by 20-30% leaving them the agile and highly damaging units they are now, without making them superior to all other enemy units.

Regret asking for that Piranha nerf yet?

Possessed ones should be bulky, non-possesed ones shouldn't be as bulky as they are now.

It really gets annoying when you throw possession into the mix. Earlier today I had to solo a pair of possessed Praetorians after my team went down. That was only on Silver and it still took forever. I lost track of how many times I had to run to the ammo box that round, and Possessed Scions aren't much better.

This is my only complaint with the collectors. You pretty much can't face down a scion in a one on one fight and live without a VERY heavy weapon.

A challenge is a good thing I think we wait and c and get used to them bfre judging so prematurely

I say give it some time before we ask for changes.
I only recently found out the Scions' back bubbles can be shot and brings its health down pretty quickly. Before that, I thought they were overpowered too.

They are fine. I only think the swarmers need a decrease. The rest are fine

Disagree. They're fine how they are, boss units are meant to be meaty.

They are tanky as hell, but lets give it a week before we decide that a nerf needs to be done. OP doesn't really ask for too many nerfs (actually he has only asked for 1 I believe) but lets give it time first.

I find the Black Widow to be quite effective against Scions and Praetorians. Except possessed Abominations are also a problem.

Praetorians are easy...
They can be staggered into a puppy roll in like 2 shots from a shotgun.

Meaty boss units are fine of course. But when they can also be possessed somehow, that's a totally different issue.Shpoon wrote...

Try some gold collectors and see for yourself.

Headshots do lots of damage to the scion - if you can find the time to aim, that is.

I don't really know about the boss units. Praetorians seem less of a pain in the ass than Banshees, and Scions have a head and don't fire as much as Ravagers.
However, why do Abominations have more health than Husks AND explode when they die (and ESPECIALLY when possessed)? They're basically just straight up Husks with better stats.

I played them with my N7 slayer and they were pretty easy to kill until they send out the scions

And they need to fix the wave budget. Wave 6 on gold do not need 2 Praetorians. Its supposed to be everyone but the main boss. Wave 3 should have 1 main boss in the budget and wave 6 have no main boss just sub bosses and lesser and then wave 10 have 2 of the main boss.

I found the Wraith with AP ammo works well. I get up close to the Collectors except the Scion and Praetorian. Ballistic Blades have been a huge help with the smaller guys and Inferno Grenades with the bigger ones.

Once again, we have Protoman crusading for an unnecessary change. Praetorians and Scions are fine as they are; it's about time we've had some truly challenging enemies that don't rely on glitching through walls for cheap kills.

I say leave it as is, it's about time we had a faction that was challenging but not cheap as hell(*cough*Geth*cough*).

Collectors are fine - all except the Praetorians. Either slightly less damage or less health would balance them perfectly. The rest of the faction is fine.
