More likely because you're the only survivor. The AI is programmed to ignore the cloak for the last survivor, otherwise they'll just sit around and look stupid.wk38 wrote...
The Collectors are made harder because they can always see right through tactical cloak... I was the last man standing in a gold match only on wave 3 and so I had to go do all 4 objectives by myself, but I thought since i was an infiltrator it shouldn't be too hard, but even with cloak on every enemy ran right up to me or rounded the corners firing right at me... Then I got instakilled the moment i finished the 4th objective...

On the flip side, I think I'm the only player I know who doesn't find Praetorians annoying in the slightest. To me it feels like they have less vitality than the other boss enemies. Maybe I was just playing with really good teammates, I don't know.

Praetorians' only ranged attack is very easy to see coming.
Kill Captains before they make swarms.
And for God's sake, stop shooting that possessed abomination when it's next to me >_>

The geth are now hell to fight, as if the hunters were not enough of a challenge the bombers ruin it all. the first few round are ok but the difficulty spike just fly's. sometimes i wish i had phaselock just to freeze then for a second.
Cerberus is Cerberus. the dragoons are not a challenge if you know there coming. the phantoms are still the devil of Cerberus
Reapers are also just Reapers, always had that difficulty spike and drop. which is fair for them at least.
*EDIT*
The guy above me. Yes the vorcha soilder in my experiance is the best one to use against the collectors. with a reegar. gotta experiment with other weapons to see effectiveness.

I wonder possessed bosses can be counted as 'cheap'.akimboDEEZ wrote...
The collectors seem fine. they are a challenge WITHOUT being Cheap. as long as you don't act like a idiot and charge at the Praetorian's you should be fine.

We're talking about boss units capable of accessing instant field upgrades. It changes things doesn't it?ufc345 wrote...
They're called boss units for a reason

Collectors do have a couple question mark behaviors. Isn't possessed only supposed to be one unit at a time? And what can you do to dodge or avoid the shower of grenades bombarding you that come at you every 5 seconds? This unit throws MORE grenades at you at once and faster with no or very low cooldown than any other enemy unit or in any other enemy faction.
instant kill they already nearly had that with the flame attack and their surprisingly long range.
