During the second part of the Leviathan add-on mission where Shepard has goes looking for Dr. Ann Bryson there's a major glitch causing Shepard not to be able to go down the last ladder in the beginning of this mission. As soon as Shepard is dropped off the shuttle and the mission begins Shepard has to find his way around a battlefield full of destroyed structures and debris as part of the game play he has to go up and down a series of ladders one of the last ladders he needs to go down to continue but and soon as he starts to go down the image will freeze Shepard in suspended on the air with his arms raised up as it he were going down but is in fact stuck at the top and does not move. All the sound plays as if he is sliding down to the bottom but he never actually gets to the ground and returns to the starting position at the top of said ladder. I have tried to get pass this glitch but I have been unsuccessful no matter what. I have also Restarted this mission several times and get the same result. What can I do to fix this problem?

Not so much as a "fix" as much as it is a get around.

Keep your view pointed upwards. Force Shepard to keep looking up when he starts sliding down the ladder. it might take a few tries but it'll eventually go.

As usual, I reply to the daily ladder glitch thread by pointing out that this issue has been reported dozens of times already.

There are three known workarounds. The first is mentioned above. The second is playing in window mode (preferrably window without border at your monitor's resolution). The third option is to play at a very low resolution.

I play in window mode (no border) and didn't have any issues on either of my two Leviathan runs.

I'm having the same problem,its actually the first major bug I had in the game. thanks for te solutions. Hope they fix it soon
