Maybe I'm looking at the wrong thing but I sucessfully extracted on Platinum today (Dagger w/ Hazzard, for what it's worth) and it didn't register when I looked at my challenges list.

Anyone else have this problem?

It happens on any difficulty. I succesfully extracted 9 games yesterday, and only 6 extractions were registered (including one where I died at the end).
