I'm about to buy DA2 from eBay but I'm wondering if the PC version is region locked? I'm from Europe and I can buy a US version (NEW) pretty cheap, but am not sure if it'll work in the EU...

AFIAK, there's no region lock. There were different versions published for different markets (which languages were included in either full VO or in sub-titles) but otherwise all the same.
