After downloading Retaliation today every time i go into multiplayer while loading it says my disc is unreadable the screen goes black and it locks up my Xbox any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check to see if the download was corrupted.
I frequently have the disc unreadable crap pop up too, and I know that can be a big part of it. But, there's also a chance that you're one of us who just can't catch a break, and the game will continue freezing for no reason at all.
