So I created an online profile on this website then redeemed the code, go to the game, cliccked on the download and NOTHING! This is horrible, there was a much better way to do this BIOWARE!

Bioware doesn't want to help. They don't even want people to know they're getting screwed out of what they paid for. They're deleting any topic referencing this issue.

Same problem here. The game also doesn't seem to be able to retrieve my previously-created character from BioWare's servers.

same, re-installing to see if it fixes anything.. I saw the DLC to buy pre-redeeming, then they disapeared from the account DLC pages and arent in either tab.

I don't even have anything in my DLC menu at all. Not even things available for purchase, nothing. Just blank.

Did you click the "Login" button on the lower left corner of the screen? It signs you into your community account. Downloaded Content should be usable now.

this is not cool, the only code i have is for the feral wolf charm and the memory band. what ever happend to all the other stuff that was supposed to be there?

Already logged in, just shows me Warden Keep for 540 points even though I redeemed all the codes after inputting the game code. Wouldn't mind actually having my DLC for the first playthrough...

I finally got mine to start downloading thank god. In game I logged out and then logged back in. Downloading content as we speak.

I am fully logged in. Already registered my "promo codes" for pre-purchase/collector's edition into this website in this account.



The in-game DLC menu is EMPTY!

I also have the same problem, I entered all of my codes in here on the site but the in-game DLC browser is absolutely blank. It doesn't even show any modules at all. None for sale, none that I own, none that are downloading, none that are installed -- nothing. No amount of verifying my cache or trying anything seems to be working. This is really annoying.

Dont be rediculous. They're not deleting topics. The forums are experiencing a lot of problems causing things to disappear or not show up for ages.  You seriously think Bioware aren't working hard to fix these problems? Problems for a game they have worked on for 6 years?

No-one is getting screwed out of anything. The DLC/pre-order item system is having troubles that's for sure. I can't get the items downloaded or installed on one of my computers.

I constantly get a 'Your are not connected to the internet' message each time I try to login in the game. I have an always on internet setup, and my game is able to get through my windows firewall. I'm not sure if I need any ports to bypass on my router. I would do a forum search but that isn't working for me at the moment if this has been answered.

just hit the refresh icon on the DLC screen after putting the codes in and it should show up in the downloading tap soon after.

i got every thing on my 360 but the ring from downloading the creator thing and im doing that now hope it works

I'm still waiting for mine as well. The package of three items downloaded just fine but now proceeds to tell me it's unauthorized for my account. Hooray.

I noticed an option in Configure under "System" about dedicated internet connection.  It's possible that is your problem.

I seem to be stuck on the Lucky Stone. Just sits at 0%. DLd every other item...cept I have $7 worth of Bio Points but it doesn't give me any option to purchase Warden's Keep.



I'm getting frustrated now.
