I'm having the same issue, nothing shows up at all. When I redeemed my codes online earlier today it actually gave me messages telling me the code worked and didn't work.

Anyway if this many people are having this problem I'll just wait a couple days and hope they can get it fixed.

So am I.

Bioware doesn't want to help. They don't even want people to know they're getting screwed out of what they paid for. They're deleting any topic referencing this issue.

Dont be rediculous. They're not deleting topics. The forums are experiencing a lot of problems causing things to disappear or not show up for ages.  You seriously think Bioware aren't working hard to fix these problems? Problems for a game they have worked on for 6 years?

No-one is getting screwed out of anything. The DLC/pre-order item system is having troubles that's for sure. I can't get the items downloaded or installed on one of my computers.

*ridiculous

They're partnered with EA.  Far as I'm concerned, they aren't the Bioware I fell in love with, just a cruel simulacrum.

Considering I don't have my DLC, that I paid extra for, and nothing is available, yeah, I'd say currently, I'm quite screwed out of it.

That's more than "having problems".  That's "charging extra money for something that isn't being provided".

Same thing here.  I'm willing to wait a few days for the fix, but I would hope we'd get some sort of communication before then.  So far, nothing about this game has worked right for me.  I had expected better from this company.

i bought the collectors edition trough ea store... when i bought it it said i would get the blood dragon armor... stone prisoner... and wardens keep.

i didnt got any of those only thing i got where 2 items from journeys and 1 item from ea.

It says i got to pay for points so i can download stone prisoner and wardens keep. And says nothing about dragon armor.

And now i go to the ea store and in the collectors edition digital version says nothing about wardens keep... i can assure it was there.

really sad... i paid and im getting scammed like this...

Same: went to redeem page on this social site, said all my codes had been accepted. Log-in to my account in-game, head to the downloadable content page and it is absolutely blank; no choices to download let alone install.

If these codes are one-time use, and they didn't work, then I better not have been cheated. Gonna be f*** pissed off.

If they wanted to give us so many pre-order and first-purchase benefits etc to prevent piracy etc, then it sure isn't going to work out that way...

I constantly get a 'Your are not connected to the internet' message each time I try to login in the game. I have an always on internet setup, and my game is able to get through my windows firewall. I'm not sure if I need any ports to bypass on my router. I would do a forum search but that isn't working for me at the moment if this has been answered.

I noticed an option in Configure under "System" about dedicated internet connection.  It's possible that is your problem.

I tried enabling and disabling that option and it still didn't help me.

Adding my voice to the mix. I redeemed the preorder code just fine (or at least it said just fine), but the digital deluxe code said something about not able to do something. I went to reenter it and it says not able to redeem or something. The website does not show either of my redeemed codes nor does in game. In game shows nothing even when hitting refresh a dozen times. Typical EA touched launch. But on the bright side, this time next week, all will be forgotten (or so we can hope).

Well, I had both an EA account and a Bioware community account. I attempted several times to merge them and got numerous errors. Finally, it appeared to take.

I redeemed the DLC codes will I was downloading the actual game. After registering the game 3 times (once with Impulse to D/L, again at the start of the game, and yet again from this site), I still cannot see the DLC for my preorder nor my deluxe content.

I tried to redeem the codes again with no luck. I cannot tell if the codes registered with my account. Is it possible they are registered with my old Bioware community or EA account?

Lastly, really, redeeming codes in a BETA website?

Same here I followed the instruction on each brochure 1.Enter the code on the site. 2. Start the game and log in.
3. Go to downloadable content and download.

Well to my surprise I registered here with my EA account, then registered the game and then the codes following the instructions when surprise, surprise started the game and logged in only to see that I had to buy Stone Prisioner and none of the 3 collector edition items appeared or the 2 exclusive gamestop items.

Whats worse is that when I tried to post a comment here I got an "you are not authorized message" So when I put my email and password to log in, I had to do the whole process again, like if I had never registered the game in the first place, so no matter what I am screwed because I redeemed my codes.

I am sooooo pissed off  >:(

Tried restarting, even rebooting my computer, all to no avail -- still nothing listed in the in-game DLC page.

Very frustrating!

Even better!

I finally managed to do enough workarounds and whatnot to get them to download.

Which they did.

Then they installed.

Then they say "Not Authorized".

So now I'm "not authorized" to use the content I paid for?

Way to fail, Bioware, way to fail.

I've got the same issue. I redeemed my codes and nothing shows up in my available content tab in the game. This is ridiculous, seeing as we've paid extra for what was supposed to be day -one- content. I've been trying since sometime after 1 PM today and it's now 10 PM...

What's worse is that this joke of a website doesn't even have a way of looking up which codes have been redeemed for my account.

What really irks me though is the lack of communication. A little acknowledgement of the problem would be nice, maybe a "Hey guys. Sorry things are a little broken now, we're on it...".

I know if I did this to my clients (i.e. my customers) I'd have my ass handed to me and rightfully so.

I posted a possible fix (at least for Windows 7)

Here is the content again  :

Hey. It worked correctly for me but I just spent 2 hours reading this forum and helping a friend of mine. I didn't find the solution here (and saw a lot of people with this issue). The issue is nothing in Available Content, Download or Installed after logging in their account once they redeemed they codes.

Part of a solution I found here finally keyed me to the problem this guy was having. Be sure we tried so many things before without finding the problem. Here is what I found on another thread.

Try doing this :
1.) Shut down Dragon Age: Origins
2.) In Windows, press the 'Start' button and select 'Run'
3.) In the command line type 'net stop DAUpdaterSvc' If you get a message stating the server is not started you have the same issue as my friend
4.) Navigate to 'My Documents\\BioWare\\DragonAge\\Settings' and delete 'Manifest.xml' (if you don't have this then you have the same issue as my friend)
5.) Navigate to 'C:\\Documents and Settings\\All Users\\Application Data\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\' and delete the 'DAUpdater' folder (Under Win 7 it's c:\\Users\\All Users\\Bioware\\Dragon Age\\ and again if you don't have this then you have the same issue as my friend)
6.) Restart Dragon Age: origins and log in
7.) Your content will be available for redownload on the Download Progress tab

If all these bolded statements are true. You might want to manually start the Dragon Age DLC Updater service and then starting the game.

Try this  :
1.) Start button, click Run (or Windows key + R)
2.) type services.msc

3.a) locate the service Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update and make sure it's not started and is on Manual for the startup type. For some reasons your game doesn't start it (security problems?) Right click the service and click Start

OR (if the service isn't listed)

3.B) go to c:\\Program Files (x86)\\Steam\\steampps\\common\\dragon age origins\\bin_ship and run daupdater.exe

4.) Start the game
5.) Log in with your account
6.) Your DLC should be downloading.
This worked with 2 friends of mine. Made a second one test while typing this.
