when the new multiplayer dlc was complete downloaded i entered in the game and show this new characters:
-adept: volus, krgan chaman and batarian
-soldier: turian, geth and quarian
-ingeniier: volus, turian and vorcha
-sentinel: volus and asari
-infiltrate: turian, drell and asari
-vanguard: volus and batarian

this morning i had been buying specter packs (around 25 packs) and both turians (soldier and infiltrate) have been repeating more than 75% in my packs; sometimes the volus ingenier and i already have the collector rifle and at raider at lvl X (think about how many times they have been appear in the packs...).

now i have 2 big questions:
-WHAT THE HELL HAVE HAPPENED WITH THE REST OF THE NEW CHARACTERS? (I ONLY SEE THE NEW TURIANS AND VOLUS (EVEN IF THEY HAVENT BEEN UNLOCK), BUT  NOTHING ABOUT THE REST, THEY ARE NOT IN THE LIST!!!)
-FOLLOWING THE QUESTION OF THE TOP: WHAT ABOUT  MY LOST CREDITS FOR HAVE JUST THIS 4 "apparently" new characters? (IT LOOKS LIKE THE STORE ONLY OFFERS THOSE TURIANS AND VOLUS)

If I understood right, they have somekind of weekly release schedule. Now only four and the rest later. The rest were not meant to be seen yet. If you write "New characters" into the search box and search the multiplayer section, you'll get many threads about it.
