Dragoons seriously need to get toned down

This thread should stay at the first page... There should be a change in the way the dragoons behave, they track the player way too easily. It is too obvious that you are playing against an AI
this! both the dragoon and geth bomber behave totally ridiculously. both just come straight at you and start their attack patterns totally ignorign EVERYTHING. i'd love to see the dragoons charging from cover to cover and THE move on to spam you..
and then again, i'd like to see bombers just reduced to 1hp recon drones that come in swarms and die. Space invaders and ME3 dont mix.

You barely fight phantoms anymore vs Cerberus, you kill the first wave of Dragoons and second arrives before you ever see a phantom. Just when the Dragoon budget runs out will you see something else... This is NOT GOOD!!!

Thye probably need to have their Smash base cooldown increased to 8 seconds.
this, and honestly, the only thing I find annoying about them is that they're hard to stagger. not cool. too hard to stagger for their speed.

These were my exact thoughts as I was the first to charge into a hack circle objective on Dagger/Gold:-JP- wrote...

Sofar the only thing I dislike is that the looks made them hard to distinguish from teammates.
I concur.
- Oh crap the area is swarmed
- Phew, my ex-Cerberus Adept teammate is here
- Oh crap that's a dragoon!
- Prepare to be staggered by my GPS X!!!
I used to play Infiltrator with a BW pretty well against Cerberus, but now I think a close-up brute damage strategy might be more effective.

Granted, I was mostly playing N7 Shadow specced for Shadow Strike with +200% cooldown reduction.

The Dragoons aren't a problem for me at all (played all difficulties so far besides Platinum). I legitimately don't see why people hate them so much.

Yeah, people play 1 character and then say everything is fine.

Honestly Centurions cause more trouble than them. Dragoons run at you like they WANT to die as fast as possible.

I guess you missed the part where I put "granted".
Congratulations, you've missed the point spectacularly.

So far I've played 3 Plats and about just over half a dozen Gold against Cerberus and I have no idea what people are complaining about.

Complaining about ****** AI that doesn't bring ANYTHING NEW into the field, nor does it fit in Cerberus. Not about how hard they are.

I was generalizing. Because I see this in every thread. People talk about how to deal with something, but do not see no matter how you can deal with BS it's still BS.

See? What's the problem? So devs can add anything for you and you'll be happy? How about and instant teleporting phantom? It teleports and stabs you. Thats it. Easy AI. Happy?

It's like BioWare saw all the complaint about Geth stunlock and thought "Oh, I know! We'll give Cerberus a cheap-budget unit that does that too so medigel officially becomes worthless for them too!"
Dragoons wouldn't be so bad if so many didn't spawn at once. Right now they're as bad as Geth Hunters, but immune to stasis and a host of other powers.

The problem with dragoons is the same as the problem with phantoms - conga lines. One or two is manageable, but when 4 spawn in the same location and insta-kill you, then proceed to camp over your body, you might as well save the medigel and just get stomped because there is no escaping that with their infernal stagger.

^This. They are currently the weirdest, most awkward enemy in the game. BW might as well remove their model animations so they just skate around in that weird DaVinci Pose like a swarm of glitched Vanguards.Air Quotes wrote...

Huh. I'm finding them really easy. They're actually the top-most of my Cerberus kills in my challenge list right now. Their lash animation is so long that you can just back up and plink 'em to death with an SMG.
They are not hard to take down, but they are super annoying and just feel unfinshed. They are totally out of pace with the rest of Cerberus.
Also, the Geth bomber is also a cheapskate enemy. They cut & pasted the lamest Geth unit from the previous two games and shoehorned it into MP with a weirdo ability.

You never addressed the question, you just made a hypothetical that in no way related. There's a difference between an enemy that "never takes cover" and is a "******" and an instant teleporting Phantom.
So what's the problem with Dragoons? An enemy that never takes cover and is a ******? How are you having trouble beating it? What are you doing that means you're struggling?
