The most likely possibilities involve one or more of the following:
-Extraction on one of the hazard maps.
-Extraction against Collectors.
-Extraction with at least one of the new characters on your team.
-Earning challenge points.
I'd want to see something accessible (any difficulty level, does not require hard to unlock content) that encourages players to try the new content, so I would pick "extraction against Collectors on any difficulty (only you have to extract)" as the squad goal, and killing X amount of possessed units as the community goal.
