Brett and Victor are double listed (is there a fine for that, like with double parking?)

Chris Priestly , Jeff Rousell , Brett Ludwig , Victor Wachter are listed as Forum moderators.
I am unsure as to what the purview of each position is, and obviously there is some overlap, but i doubt that one is directly 'above' the other as that would make being listed twice irrelevant.
