I can not connect to ME3.  I have tried entering my dlc that I got From Ashes,and all of the free dlc.  I'm not sure why I can't click on the images that I pasted so just copy it and put it on a website to get the images.  I was told the other day that a Mass Effect Specialist would be sending a email to help me with my problem but I have not gotten that email yet.  I do not know for 2 months now I haven't been able to play solo game since I need from ashes, or been able to play multiplayer.  I do not understand why ashes will not work I've gotten 2 codes to activate From Ashes but I still cannot log into the EA servers.  The last two website are images of what I see now.  Please help me connect to the game, my email address is deathssavior1577@hotmail.com
