After the balance change, I believe engineer seems to be better off than biomaster.
The reason is:
BE has hard time deal with shield, TE does not.
BE is good with armor, FE is good too.

So, here we go.
For a biomaster, shield need to go first.
But for an engineer, Overload/energy drain + whatever (usually Inc/Freeze), shield is gone.
then, Inc + Ol/Ed, armor is gone.
