As the topic says, I want to know where the cd key is in the PS3 CE box. Also, when I load up the game, it says accessing servers, but how do I know if it's the right profile so I don't waste my promo codes?
Where is the ps3 cd key and how do I log in while in game?

I have the same question. There's no specific 'log in' option in the main menu, and while the game connects to a profile, im not sure which profile it is.

I can't find the CD key either (XBox 360) here. On the registration page it says it's on the box. Well, I assume that's just for the PC version.
Looked through every page of the manual and tried the eaonline code on the back. No dice. The DLC codes all worked just fine, but I can't seem to register the game which stinks because I need some help in the Spoilers forum.

I agree that this is completely ridiculous that at launch so many of these fundamental things do not work. I'm considering returning the game, because of this crap. Not only can I not login to PSN, because EAs crappy server won't recognize my login I've had for years... but there's no way to register the game at all. FAIL.

I have a plea out to the bioware staff at this link social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/6/index/91867
Help me keep it bumped. I also sent them an email about the issue.
Maybe we can get some help. Somehow.

It seems we have found an answer hopefully. social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/58/index/96365/1#97627
Looks like the CD key for PS3 buyers is the same as the unlock key for the blood knight armor.

What about those of us on 360? I heard the UPC code, but it doesn't seem to have been confirmed.

From what I have heard from other 360 gamers it is the UPC code. It even asks for it if you go to Profile -> Register Games -> Register XBOX 360

It does have "UPC" in the description...now. : ) So does the PS3 registration description. I can promise you that they didn't used to be there.
I'll try it again tonight when I get home.

Sorry about that fail - the text was wrong, and you should enter your 12 or 13 digit UPC instead for both 360 and PS3. It's still possible that certain UPCs won't be recognised - if so, please PM me and we'll investigate it.

Mental Goat, did you try with the hyphen? Someone on another thread said he had to enter the hyphen to get it to work. I can't verify because I'm at work, but maybe that might help you or someone else.

Yay a response. Thanks Jesse, much appreciated. Stuck at work but as soon as my fiancee emails my UPC I will give it a shot. Again thanks for responding.

Just a heads up everyone it is fixed again. You need the UPC off the back of your game box. It is a total of 12 numbers. the numbers on either end are smaller. You do not need to include dashes or spaces between the numbers on the registration form.

Thanks for the responses (and the fix) guys.
Now, is there any way for me to be sure the account I logged in with automatically when I turned the game on is the same account I'm using here?
