This just looks more for like the "hack-and-slash" fans rather than the RPG fans. It looks like a reasonably easy way to cash in on the DA name -- lots of fights, etc. It's going to be the first DLC I don't buy.
I might get it. I'd be more likely to if I could kill my own Wardens, but I guess that's a no.
Yeah, I'll probably cave and get it just for the mayhem, even knowing that it will run like craaaaap on my computer. (Large battles I spend mostly spamming one skill/spell/poultice slot over and over praying it will actually go through. My party seems to do the same thing judging by animations and such.) But I'm a sucker for playing the bad guys too.
Though I really wish they'd focus a bit on, you know, the characters they gave us. In
Origins. We remember Origins, right? Roleplay game with choices that were supposed to matter, and ****?

Not that it's probably going to stop me from rampaging through Denerim with a freaking axe though. And I agree, I'd be happier to do it in an odd way if I could hunt down my PC, hahaha.
I wonder if the group is even
in the DLC, or if you only fight random redshirts? Not that I want to hunt down and kill most of them, but I could possibly make an art out of finding and mauling Wynne while avoiding the others.
