I've been in a public bath in Japan before (female only though), and it was nice to laugh at the utter lack of an ass on Japanese women. Why Americans are sooo uptight about nudity is such a mystery.

No, people were just as uptight about nudity and sex back in the 80s as well. There were certain segments of people who weren't, but for the most part, it was worse back then than it is today.

Yeah, I think Americans have always been more uptight about nudity. Even in the '60s, although there was a substantial population that believed in free love, etc, it was always counter-culture rather than mainstream society. American society is very much anti-nudity, amongst other things.

There's no way you had trippier cartoons then the sixties and seventies. Everyone was on drugs those decades! My little brother went through a phase where he'd watch the old reruns on Boomerang nonstop...everyone involved with those shows were on drugs.
