I remember liking Mr. Rogers, that and Sesame Street were pretty much the only kids shows I watched.  My parents let me watch MASH and Star Trek with them though.

Well if we're going into the realm of non-cartoons, my parents watched MASH, Star Trek, and that Superman TV show. Aaaaaaa this is going back so far!

i watched x-men and spider-man on weekend mornings, but my parents pretty much kicked me out of the house from 5pm til dark ~9pm every weekday and all weekend til i was nearly done with highschool, so... XD



so i sympathize with you Herr Uhl on the no-cable front, we didn't get cable til i was in highschool (or a real computer for that matter)

sounds like us, too. I don't think my parents got SkyTV until I was at university, actually. But thankfully BBC kids tv was pretty awesome in the early 90s.

I didn't own a TV until my son was almost 5.  We still don't have cable.  The big pretty TV is connected to the computer and the Xbox.  Does that make me a bad mom?

What kind of shenanigans are these?  

I mean, yeah, she would rather never have sex again then have it with a non-dwarf, but if other people want to then it's hardly her concern.

no, not at all!
my parents were great for kicking me out of the house all the time, but they also spent loads of time with me and i had lots of family and friends, so who needed tv anyway? we were just poor, and that's how it was. 

i had great fun playing in the dirty with scorpions and spiders and my gi joes. ahh... memories.<3

Hm, that really depends. I think mine would probably be a little resentful that they ended up dying in all non-DN origins, oddly enoug.

no, not at all!

I was teasing.   The lack of TV when he was little was as much because things like food seemed a bit more important than any grand decision about the evils of TV.  Now we're just trying to pay off our student loans before my son is in college.  2 PhDs = expensive pieces of paper

Missa appears to be going into the meeting assuming Aunn would disapprove of everything, which wouldn't be fun. They'd probably have problems when it came to who to put on the throne, too.
