I suspect Aithne would be quietly polite and sit on the fringes. She did learn to interact in social settings as chancellor, but that doesn't mean she was ever really comfortable with it. She would probably get along well with your warden Aro, or Jenovan's Alessar.

The last time an iteration of Alley was in a bar for a meeting of random people, everyone got hit by a car. While still inside the bar. Ahh, good times! As head of security, she was less than thrilled with this development, but she managed to keep everyone not-dead, including the guy they were negotiating with.

He came along quite willingly after that.



She's never been enough of a civilian for the usual social settings, I suppose. If no one is getting shot or stabbed she's quite content to keep to herself, sculpt her clay, drink all the coffee and smoke all the cancer-sticks.

Blair would like Alley because she would require no attention. He would probably find Missa nerve-wracking at first--too much enthusiasm! He might initially not think much of Alessar, but I think he'd warm to him (although I have no idea what Alessar would think of him). And he would be wary of Cadryn.



Of course if Zevran was in play he might have to initiate an "and then there were none" scenario.

Sounds like Missa. I imagine she would be the life of the party. Aithne, being Dalish, tends to find parties a little overwhelming.

For the record, it wouldn't be any different if Zev was in the room. She is incredibly low-maintenance! Alley would just duck any flying bodyparts, attached or otherwise, and try to avoid getting her coffee spilled.

s'good point. I've always had an inkling we bend and shape (ooh eer ) Zevran -and all the companions, for thast matter- to how we want them, and filter them through our perceptions.

My Zevran is pretty much El Mariachi from Desperado, but with more smut and humour and less brooding. I love my Zev as a BAMF.

That's the nature of a bisexual Antivan elf, I suppose; bend him and break him how you like, internets. He loves it.

so I started on a zev/missa painting and idk what to make of it. I guess I can post updates on it Aro style? That's about an hour and a bit's work thus far, I'm naming and shaming myself here so I can force myself to paint it and someone can remind me instead of it disapearing on my harddrive. I don't think my scruffy style suits DA fanart, but I'll continue!

For the record, I imagine Alessar would get along nicely with anyone who wasn't being outright unpleasant.  Although he might be a little intimidated by some. XD  If he wasn't talking with anyone, though, he'd probably be wallflowering it up.

(Devin, on the other hand, would be hitting on everyone, because that's what he does.   Just to get a reaction.)
