Your interpretation "a new beginning, but one that comes suddenly (ans sometimes violently)"sounds awesome for that imho. But maybe there are more fitting cards if you want it also with interpretation. Me thinks that "ace of swords" sounds cool enough to be associated with Zevran.

Swords have the nastiest cards in the deck in tarot; 10 of swords specifically. Everyone assumes the Death card or Hanged Man to visually be the worse, but actually it's the innoculously looking sword suit that has the nastiest associations.

Ace of Swords is a mixed blessing card as Aces are usually "good" cards, but it's in the sword deck:

halfway
through doing it it reminded me of Renaissance paintings that liked to
shove imagery in their portraits, so am doing that. The brandy is
antivan! Obviously. Missa will hold the ace of swords... not sure about
the fan, but commeeee onnnn it's a fan! I already pimped her out in
bling, only fair.

I checked nexus and it seems like the mod also adds the 'shoulder-thing' to female elfs. The one thing I hate about the Ancient Elven Armor Set is that the male version is more beautiful than the female version.

Nine of swords is pretty awful as well @@ Then again, I like the Thoth tarot as opposed to the Raider-Waite and GD decks, so... different interpretations for sure. RW does have the advantage of being more pictoral. But I have to admit, Crowley -- there was someone who lived exactly the way he wanted to live.

ANYWAY! soignee, that painting is amazing.

Because cous cous is bland. It needs some kind of spice with it. Maybe some raisins.

I know people like the chance to be King/Queen and the rest of the family is either adorable (Oren) or badass (Bryce and Eleanor) but how people think the origin itself is the most compelling...they fight giant rats. One of the NPCs comments how cliched it is. Seriously? How does that equal 'most well-done'? When the characters themselves get bored, the origin is boring. And the whole point of the origin is to go to your brother's room for a nice goodbye. That doesn't really hold up to all the violence and epicness the other origins have. The epic vengeance quest with Howe? You can go on an epic vengeance quest in the other origns, too.

I like playing HNF. I actually really like HNF, CEF, and DCF all about the same. I like how the HNF just fits into the world -- she's recognized by quite a few NPCs (not enough of them if you ask me, however), gets to become queen, keeps her lover... she's just a lot of fun. I like the CEF and DCF both because it's fun playing the underdog who ends up on top of the world. Plus dwarves have the sexiest models!

And you know if it were a guy he'd fall in love with Morrigan and Leliana would pine after him but he wouldn't notice and then after Morrigan leaves and he's heartbroken Leliana tries to comfort him and you see hints that he' finally noticed her...

Or if it's a girl she'd be Queen, naturally. Except Alistair would do an epic propoal at the Landsmeet instead of her forcing the issue. They probably wouldn't even mention the fertility issues...

thanks! there's something not right with it at the moment and it's pissing me off somewhat. I think Zevran's out of persepctive and I need to repaint him, and possibly shave some booty off of Missa cause damn the gurllll is stacked.

And oooooh Goya... although everyone knows him for his war paintings and jupiter eating his children, I really like his portraits.

On the subject of human nobles; how does the "royal scandal" work out exactly? Is that just a comment from Zevran or does it show up in the epilogue somehow? I have a male HN that I decided is going to try to marry Anora but he is currently involved with both Zev and Morrigan and I can't decide what he is going to do about that.

The HN origin is okay but certainly not the best but all the attention the female version got somehow made me dislike my own character so much I don't have her as avatar anymore.

Lol, until now I was sure the perspective is tiny little bit out of order on purpose *has long history of turning mistakes into features* I wouldn't repaint, but if you think you can make it better don't let me stop you

I know this is a bit off topic and I appologize, but..Im bout to toss this computer out the window and figured Team Zevran has a ton of smart people posting..Hopefully someone can help..Yep, I did try on the correct forum, but they pointed me to the Wiki, which helped a little but left me still confused...



Question is, any of you Zevvie fans out there familiar with saving .dds files in Photoshop using the Nvidia Plugin? If so, could I please bother you with a couple of questions before I have a mental breakdown.....

It has no effect at all on the epilogue if they stay together.  There are a few reasons they may not stay together though (I'm trying not to be TOO spoilerish here).
