It doesn't really bother me.   I often have my characters walking about naked anyway, and the Orzammar dwarves seemed to approve.  They even made comments about how well-dressed my naked elf was.  I take it they meant his boots. 

With those characters I just wanted to make fighters, but I do like the look of the skinheads at court.  I just imagine it's an acceptable style for royalty.   Bhelen has an rather unroyal hairstyle and manages to get away with it.    I didn't plan on making my girl so bald, but I didn't think she looked as intimidating with the other hairstyles.  She has quite a sweet face.  

I really enjoyed the DN origin.  I'd been trying to keep away from spoilers, so although I had an idea of what might happen, some of it was a surprise.  

I think I am going to try not to romance Zevran with this character, at least not to start with.  I hadn't realised how important the origin love interest is for the female dwarf noble.   I'll have to wait a little while at least, to see what happens.

I love this shot from the cutscene.  I love that whole cutscene, once you know that he believes he is going to his death.

Bhelen has the same hairstyle Alistair has but yes, it does seem a little strange, especially if you focus on the resemblance.

I never have everyone going around naked as that's clearly just a game mechanic and if they were to actually do that, people would notice so it hurts immersion. You see a lotof different hairstyles on nobles, even ones that you wouldn't normally think are very noble (such as the one Shianni and Alfstanna share) but while I could see the DN shaving their head once they were exiled - why can't you change hairstyles/get a tatoo AFTERWARDS when it makes more sense? - it's far too immersion-breaking for me to see it when they're still officially royalty.

I would love to be able to change hairstyles and get tattoos! It would make sense. (I could see why a fighter might not want to deal with a healing tattoo, but I'm happy to believe there would be some treatment that would sort it).

I could imagine my dwarf noble warrior having very short hair when she's so into combat and leading troops, and it goes with her attitude.

I wouldn't want to play naked the first time through the game, but now it adds a bit of fun and eye candy when I'm playing parts I've played over and over. I don't really believe that nudity would be completely acceptable, but apart from the fact that the NPCs do cover up, I can't remember anything which says it isn't. (Although I haven't heard/read anything).   It's just pleasant to watch, particularly during fighting. 

I don't know much about the lore. I'm reading the Stolen Throne at the moment, but there's not a lot about dwarves there, so far.

This is freaking beautiful, lady.   Your style puts me in mind of Goya's '3rd of May' and  of Byzantine icons.  I love how Missa's eyes jump out from the shadows.  And the color saturation is utterly lavish.   

@Nonvita & Sannox- thanks so much for the kind words.  Lena & Zev stepped up very nicely, although that line or frame or whatever drives me crazy - could not get it out  no matter what I did.  I blame Win7.
