I'd guess the prime qualifier would be "good".  Bad smut just makes people laugh or cringe.

Yes, it's pretty harsh. It's funny -- you never see him this nasty to anyone else in the game. The warden must have really pissed him off. Just one more person he could have cared for who let him down I suppose.
