The only origin romance I've played as a romance was Gorim, and that felt a bit too mature for Romeo and Juliet. I haven't played it through to Denerim yet though, so I'll see if I notice the parallel then. I was thinking more of the main romances: Alistair, Zevran, Morrigan and Leliana. Zevran and Leliana's can play through pretty smoothly, which story-wise, could seem less 'romantic'.

Top of page.

(Now, a Loghain romance would have been something.    You'd have your conflict/obstacle right there).

Well, now that it's over, I'd like to declare this Friday a success. There was a lot more hot in there than I'm used to seeing.

And we found out that one of the reasons the Alithread people find this intimidating is because they only check in on Fridays.

Also: I posted a girl for you. She was questionably hot, but situationally relevant.

Makes you wonder as to whether there's a specific reason for them to do that  pointedly on Fridays...

I'm guessing partly for the pictures and partly so they can convince themselves that their thread isn't weird.

Unfortunately, it's a mostly Friday thing.  The rest of the week we're getting screencaps of Zevthighs and naked playthroughs and Charsen's toolset hilarity, and having srs bzns discussions.  And apparently trying to figure out the Alithread, this week....

Y'know, here are people who have actually read books, heaps and heaps of them. Some people gave me the impulse to go and see, what my old favourites have been doing lately. I'm a bit disappointed, no-one recognized the M John Harrison photo I pasted, though.

Heyheyhey, just because I don't like bewbs doesn't mean I can't appreciate them.  They're, uh, bewby, and stuff.

Oh, man, I can't believe I missed this earlier.  I love erotic art, and not for the faps.  Laugh all you want, but it's true.

See I think Tom of Finland is just lulzy. Like, yeah it's erotic art, but it's like a seaside postcard from blackpool- built on lolz!

Quite a bit of erotic art comes off as lulzy to me.  But I like it.  You can learn a lot about people from their pr0nz.

I like my mens sleek and toned, masculine but not ludicrously so (I can accept a feminine guy, but he's got to have some other appeal as well).  And, as my kmeme fills prove, I like way too much thought in my pr0nz.  Can't get it up, so to speak, without the emotional component.

The couple of women I find attractive enough that I'd go past second base with them, I apparently tend toward the classical Greek body style, which is quite opposite from my taste in men.

You're right there. I've done too much overthinking in the past. I now just accept that I have a very strange sexuality, and am very lucky to have a partner who complements it. Compliments it, even.

Hah, and mine isn't?  I suppose I should clarify my statement--any level of desire is an emotional component, to me.

yeah. I still have moments of "I'm a bit weird, aren't I?" And I have to get it smacked out of me, as I struggle to explain to even myself at what I find attractive in people, and trying to work out my wiring? Urgh.

One minute it's pretty blondes with a perky body, the other it's a Michelle Rodrigrez-type tough girl. Women I have more on an instant attraction, like DAMN YOU'RE PRETTY, LET'S MAKE OUT. Men takes a longer time to connect with, but I do find them attractive.

*mumbles some more, shrugs*
