I remember reading that  - on DA Wiki, I think.  So it must be true, but it's just not how I imagine him.   I think it's maybe because of him going for the precious metal bars, given the choice, rather than jewellery, so I see him preferring fine wines and whisky - connoisseurs' drinks.   The bars are what he prefers as a private gift though.  Maybe he would go for the garnish on his drink for show, in public.

I like him better than Springer. He insults them.

And that's why I hate him!  I know he's just doing a job (of entertainment), but he is so arrogant and rude to the people on the show sometimes.   How can he bring himself to speak to people like that?  *shudders*  But then I watch it sometimes, so it must be entertaining ... so I can't really judge.
